Sept. Projects: Kaleidoscopic Art

Thursday, September 24, 2015

One of our many educational programs at the NBMAA

Peer into the mystical world of current NEW/NOW artist Katja Loher, whose video ”sculptures” mesmerize viewers with their choreographed cast of tiny human dancers. You’ll combine art and science to create similarly enchanting works out of color and movement—kaleidoscopes! You will also explore color mixing, pattern building, and the properties of light and shadow using a variety of art media.
