Hyperrealism with Maurice Casas

During this month-long studio class taught by artist Maurice Casas participants will learn the difference between Photorealism and Hyperrealism and leave with works that they create.

Explore the processes of transferring images from photographs, the use and application of the materials, techniques to render realistic forms, and how to create textures like hair and skin with a layering approach, all under the guidance of Casas.

Students will leave the course with a sound understanding of how to create lifelike and hyper realistic drawings.
