Adult Studio | Time Travel & Explore Architectural Illustration

Join artist Laerta Premto in the process of slowing down time and learn to embrace loose watercolor techniques. In this class, we’ll recall a memory of a beautiful place you once visited from your travels and explore architecture illustration with watercolor and pen. We’ll start by selecting a reference photo, loosely sketching it in your journal, and learning how to use color and line to express the energetic spirit of your destination. 

Saturdays, October 8, 15, 29, 2-4 p.m.

Materials:
(suggested materials but you can bring what you are comfortable with)

• Photo reference of architecture you visited or wish to see
• Watercolor paper (strathmore 400 series mixed media)
• Rounded brushes (#1, #3, #8) or assortment of different sizes
• Black pigma micron pen (01 or 03)
