Election Day Professional Development

Join the NBMAA for our annual Election Day Professional Development program. This year’s theme is STEAM in Museums. By looking at the works of modern and contemporary women artists, including Eva LeWitt, Mildred Thompson, Valerie Hegarty, and Negar Ahkami, we will explore how science, technology, engineering and math are folded into artistic practice. The day will consist of themed tours, hands-on art making, interactive talks, and a deep dive into what the NBMAA can provide for educators and students.
