NBMAA Celebrates New Britain's 150th Anniversary - FREE Community Days

The NBMAA invites everyone to celebrate New Britain's sesquicentennial with a weekend of free admission for all! Families can explore our galleries, and discover art activities available in the new Stanley Black and Decker Makerspace, and Art and Book Nook. Inside-Out Tours will run periodically for families throughout the day.

A special New Britain at a Glance tour will run at 2 p.m. on both days, celebrating New Britain artists, NBMAA architecture, and Walnut Hill Park. Visitors will tour Landers House, Strict Beauty: Sol LeWitt Prints, and stroll Museum grounds with docents to learn about our local gems.
