Professional Development Day | Explore Emotion through Art

In this full or half-day teacher workshop, explore how art looking and art making can underscore and enhance social emotional learning. Throughout the day there will be tours of the NBMAA’s Special Exhibitions Ellen Carey: Struck by Light and Walter Wick: Hidden Wonders! and hands-on art making in the studios. The day will also feature a presentation by Stacy Parsons, School-Partnership Coordinator, McKinney Vento Regional Liaison on the importance of keeping students connected to school and the arts.
