Homeschool Programs
Homeschool Days
Homeschool Days are designed for families to explore the Museum and see our current exhibitions, participate in hands-on activities with other homeschool families, and gather materials for further learning at home! Each program features a day of activities for all ages including themed in-gallery exercises and art projects.
Upcoming Homeschool Days:
Celebrating Sol LeWitt | Tuesday, March 24, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
Explore the art and ideas of artist Sol LeWitt, who was known for turning simple instructions into powerful works of art. Through guided gallery conversations, hands-on artmaking, and collaborative projects, participants will discover how LeWitt used systems, rules, and teamwork to create his iconic artwork. Activities are designed for multiple age levels and emphasize creativity, problem-solving, and process over perfection.
Great American Classics | Tuesday, June 30, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
In honor of the 250th celebration of America, this homeschool day invites families to explore two and a half centuries of great artists from our collection.

Homeschool Classes
These classes are designed for creative students who are looking for a more in-depth artmaking experience. Whether they drop in for a single class or attend the full 4-week course, students will learn unique art-making styles while working with their peers. Each series follows a different theme, and students will work on a continuous project to enhance their art techniques.
Wednesdays, May 6, 13, 20, 27, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Stay tuned for upcoming homeschool classes.
