Summer 2022 Youth and Family Programs
Looking for something fun to do with your children during summer vacation? Make summer memories at the NBMAA and enjoy our hands-on, art-focused youth and family programs in July and August.
Summer Art Adventures: Explore, Make, Play (a.k.a Summer Camp)
Beat those late-summer doldrums with half-day summer camps for ages 6-9. Weekly three-day sessions (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) will introduce your kiddos to diverse works of art in the Museum’s collection while they embark on scavenger hunts to explore galleries, make their own artwork, and play games outdoors on the Museum’s beautiful grounds overlooking Walnut Hill Park. Daily activities include gallery exploration, scavenger hunts, art-making in the Studios, creative play on the lawn with bubbles, lawn games, chalk, hula hoops, weaving wall, friendship bracelets, slime, and music! Bring your own snacks.
