Adult Studio Workshop | Acrylic Landscape Painting with Edith LaMonica

This workshop is for beginners and practiced painters who want to enhance their skills and to express their own creativity. Focused on self-expression and exploring, this class is open to different painting styles both realistic and abstract.

This workshop will focus on learning about painting materials and technical skills to create evocative meaningful images. We will develop our compositions using the design elements of color and form, perspective and scale.

For reference, bring 3 different landscape photos that inspire you. Subjects can be woodlands, fields etc. and may feature water elements like ponds. Enlarged Copies about 8"x10” will work best for analysis. One will become the subject source for your painting.
